These lovely, comfortable accommodations in Florence are to be found on the west side of the Arno river in the old part of town known as “Oltrarno”, surrounded by local artisan’s workshops. Located in a historic building, the lodgings consists of 7 holiday apartments on various floors. Elegantly furnished, these accommodations offer a comfortable stay also for big family numbers or groups of friends.
Within a few minutes’ walk from the famous, beautiful Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and Piazza Signoria, these holiday apartments in Florence are in a very quiet area being in a controlled traffic zone. In the basement of the building is available a common laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer. Nearby there is a garage where to park the car.

The apartment, located on the 2nd floor with lift, is on two levels. On the first level: large entrance-living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence and the Santa Croce church. A wooden staircase leads up to the second level. Second level: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom both have direct access to the bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning is working in the living room and in the bedroom with double bed.
